We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the relevant European Union law, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

The product must be properly protected during return shipping. The consumer may be liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The European ODR platform no longer accepts new complaints.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland and the applicable European Union law.

The choice of Polish law does not deprive consumers residing in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Greece or Romania of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, where those provisions apply to the contract concluded.
