RETURNS POLICY

With No&Jo ( www.noandjo.com ), your satisfaction is our top priority. This Returns and Refunds Policy sets out the rules for returns, exchanges, and refunds for customers shopping in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Greece, and Romania.
Please read the following terms carefully before making a return.
Returns are handled by Van Herwaarde Retail Limited.
1. Return policy
Most new, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return method: Returns are accepted only via courier or post.
2. Right to withdraw from the contract
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Return shipping costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: If the product you received is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, No&Jo will cover the return shipping costs. Where possible, we may also provide a return label.
Change of mind: With standard returns, for example due to the wrong size or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a shipment with a tracking number, as we cannot guarantee acceptance of a shipment that cannot be tracked.
Handling fee: We do not charge any handling fees or additional fees for accepting a return.
4. Exchanges
We'd be happy to help you exchange the product for a different size or color, if the selected option is available.
To start an exchange, contact our customer service team at info@noandjo.com . We will provide further instructions for the exchange.
5. Refunds and processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned parcel, we will begin processing your refund.
Processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Refund method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Confirmation: Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that your bank or financial institution may need additional time to process the funds.
6. Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
- be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
- be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit
If we receive a returned product with clear signs of use or damage beyond normal product inspection, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.
7. Shipping, customs duties and fees
All orders shipped to Poland, Czechia, Hungary, Greece and Romania include any applicable customs duties and taxes.
The price shown at checkout is the final price for the customer.
WFor standard returns, any original shipping costs from the order are non-refundable.
8. Returns require prior approval
Please do not send any returns without contacting us first.
All returns must be approved before the product is sent back.
