The European ODR platform no longer accepts new complaints.

SECTION 12 – APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland and the applicable provisions of European Union law.

The choice of Polish law does not deprive consumers residing in Czechia, Hungary, Greece or Romania of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, where those provisions apply to the contract.
